Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery by the Contractor to the Redzki Hospital of the Sacred Heart of Jesus limited liability company of 20 pieces of cardiac monitors.2. A detailed description of the delivery item is set out in Annex 5 to the Specification.3. The Ordering Party does not allow used equipment, refurbished, post-exhibition, year of production of each device: 20254. The contractor will provide warranty for defects and quality guarantee for the equipment for a period of 24 months from the signing of the equipment acceptance protocol.5. On the day of receipt of the subject of the order, the Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with the documents indicated in draft provisions of the contract (Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ).6. The place of delivery of the equipment is the Redzki Hospital of the Sacred Heart of Jesus limited liability company (ul. Wirki i Wigury 10, Roda Wielkopolska).7.
