Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of factory new, unused, cars produced in 2025 for organizational units subordinate or supervised by the Minister of Justice.
2. The Ordering Party allows you to submit partial offers for one, several or all part of the order. The subject of the order was divided into the following parts:
Part 1 - Delivery of 5 pieces of passenger cars - segment D (medium) according to the classification of the Samar automotive market.
Part 2 - Delivery of 10 pieces of passenger cars - segment C (average lower) according to Classification of the Samar Motor Square Institute.
Part 3-delivery of 6 pieces of passenger cars-the Kombi-Van segment according to the classification of the Samar automotive market research institute.
Part 4-Delivery of 3 pieces of passenger cars-minibuses according to the classification of the Institute of Research Samar automotive market.
Part 5 - Delivery of 10 pieces of low -emission passenger cars (hybrid car) - segment D (medium)/ segment C (medium lower) according to the classification of the Samar automotive market examination.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex No. 2.1-2.5 to SWZ.
4. Detailed conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract were included in the contract template constituting Annex 5 to SWZ.
5. The list of units for which the proceedings are conducted include Annex 9.1-9.5 to SWZ.
