Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a maximum of 110 pcs. patrol vans.
2. Detailed description of the subject of the contract - all requirements for ordered vehicles are included in Annex 2 to SWZ (technical specification).
3. The contractor will deliver vehicles To the Employer's warehouse in Krakow, ul. Mogilska 109. Transport costs are borne by the contractor.
4. The contractor is obliged to provide a guarantee for each vehicle delivered in accordance with the data contained in Annex 2 to SWZ (technical specification), but not shorter than the manufacturer's warranty.
5.Impanias related to warranty repairs, service services are described in Annex 2 to SWZ (technical specification).
6. The Contractor must attach (drawn up in Polish) the documents specified in Annex 2 to SWZ (technical specification - p. VII.1.2).
7. Allows solutions equivalent to the standards described in the order documentation, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, in accordance with art. 101 para. 4 of the PZP Act.
