Description:
1 one-time medical use for the UKS-2 PUM in Szczecin (hereinafter referred to as the products). 2. Estimated product quantities and product description along with requirements The necessary contains a form of unit prices (after 2 to SWZ, further as FCj). 3. The Ordering Party requires the offer of medical devices within the meaning of the Act on medical devices (Journal of Laws 2024.1620 from the north), hereinafter: UOWM, placed on the market and food in the territory of the Republic of Poland in accordance with the regulations. It does not apply to the position of task 1 4. The Ordering Party requires that the delivered products have a useful period of use no 24 months, count from the date of their delivery to the ordering office. 5. The Ordering Party has the right to make a smaller amount of products, with no less than 60% of the amount given in the unit price form. 6. The order is released from 7 tasks. 7. The Ordering Party does not allow the Installation of Variant Offers. contracts.
