Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of caterpillar bulldos. The subject of the order was divided into two tasks:
Task No. 1 - bulldozer on the caterpillar chassis - 6 kpl.
Task No. 2 - bulldozer on the caterpillar chassis - 4 set
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract was specified in the attachment No. 4 to SWZ-operational and technical requirements (WET).
3. According to the quality clause No. 34/3rblog/2025 (Annex 5 to SWZ), the subject of the contract will be supervised by the quality of the RPW in accordance with the AQAP 2131 Edition c version 1. The quality management system must be in line with PN-EN ISO 9001: 2015.
The product is subject to compliance for products intended for the purposes of defense and state security, in accordance with the Act of November 17, 2006 on the compliance system of products intended for the purposes of defense and state security (i.e. Journal of Laws No. 2022 item 747). Item The agreement is subject to the process of assessing compliance in mode I (first), pursuant to § 13 para. 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of National Defense of 11 January 2013 on a detailed list of products subject to the assessment of compliance and the manner and procedure for assessing the compliance of intended products for the purposes of state defense.
4. The Purchaser provides for the possibility of exercising the right options in the field of:
Task No. 1 - bulldozer on the caterpillar chassis - 4 sets
Task No. 2 - bulldozer on the caterpillar chassis - 2 set
