Description:
1 water treatment process (hereinafter as a "product").
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) contains Annex 5 to SWZ.
3. Detailed conditions The order is processed by Annex 6 to SWZ.
In order to demonstrate that the offered product is in accordance with the requirements set out in Annex 5 to SWZ - the description of the subject of the contract, the Employer demands that the Contractor submit the following in question along with the offer Evidence: technical specification of the offered product. Note: The technical specification should confirm the compliance with all the requirements specified in point 1 of Annex 5 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract.
