- The subject of the order is the delivery of a Central Police Action Support Vehicle (CPWAP) of the van type, adapted to transport people and cargo with a permissible total weight (GVW) not exceeding 7,000 kg, along with equipment and training in its use.
I. The vehicle must beadapted for operation in all seasons of the year and day in atmospheric conditions typical of the Polish climate zone, driving on hard and dirt roads, outdoor storage.
1. Technical requirements for the base vehicle:
1) Vehicle with a closed body structureand metal plating,
2) Number of seats (including the driver): min. 3.
3) Wheelbase not less than 3,500 mm
4) Length of cargo and office space min. 3,500 mm,
5) Vehicle equipped with external doors:
οfront side doors, swing doors, glazed on both sides of the vehicle,
οside doors,sliding, glazed on the right side of the vehicle, equipped with a lock in the open position, non-glazed rear body, double-leaf, symmetrically opened to the sides at an angle.
6) Permissible total weight not exceeding 7000 kg
2. Technical requirements for the engine and power supply system:
οEngine ospark ignition or compression ignition, meeting at least the Euro 6 exhaust emission standard.
οDisplacement not less than 1,900 cm3
οMaximum net engine power not less than 120 kW.
3.Technical requirements for the drive system:
οAutomatic gearbox
οDrive on all axles (4x4)
