1. The subject of the contract is the delivery to the Central School of the State Fire Service in Częstochowa Personal protective equipment for the State Fire Service Firefighter, in the following assortment and quantities:
Part I- Special clothes heavy -120 kpl;
Part II-Special Special Ubrania-120set;
part III-firefighter's special rubber boots with inserts -120 pairs, inserts for special fire-fighting shoes of special rubber-100 pairs;
part IV-BUTE Special fire-fighting leather-125 pairs;
part V-crisus Special-20 pairs;
part of Vi-comminaries non-flammable-120 pcsA detailed description of the subject of the contract and information on the size are Annexes 1.1-1.7 to the specification of the terms of the contract;
3. The contractor is obliged to clearly determine the products offered in the offer, characterizing them by indicating a specific product (naming,Determination of a brand, trademark or other features assigned exclusively to this product). The Employer reserves the right to make, at his own expense, a comprehensive examination of a randomly selected sample of goods from the delivery to confirmtechnical and quality parameters of goods declared by the manufacturer and in terms of compliance with the requirements set in the tender conditions, specified in the specification of the contract, in CNBOP or another of the notified research unit.
