- 1. The subject of the order is the service of transporting children and students to schools and educational institutions in the 2025/2026 and 2026/2027 school year at least thirteen buses.
2. The contracting authority requires that buses with parameters specified in point 2 necessary to carry out the task should be made available toVisual examination of the ordering party in terms of meeting the conditions described. The place of inspection must be located in the city of Rybnik or at a distance of up to 20 km from its administrative borders.
3. The average monthly size of operational work during the contract will be around 43,200Wozokilometers.
4. In total, during the contract, the Employer assumes a maximum of 1 036 800 woom kilometers.
5. In the entire period of the contract, the total volume of operational work referred to above in point 3.2, will not decrease by more than 20%
(i.e. by no more than 207 360 woofers).The total guaranteed minimum volume of operational work will be 829 440 wozocilometers.
6. The line service will take place according to the demand reported by the following educational institutions:
a) School and Preschool Complex with Integration Departments No. 1 in Rybnik at ul. Gliwicka105
b) School and Revalidation Team School of Life in Rybnik at ul. Orzepowicka 15A
c) Special School and Educational Center for Deaf and Hearing Hearing at ul. Karola Miarki in Raciborz
d) Special Primary School with pre -school departments No. 7 in Rybnik at ul. Hub 35
