Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of Christmas illuminations in accordance with the description of the subject of the order included in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ and the quantities included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.2. The contractor will deliver the subject of the order to the MPGK headquarters located at ul. Bieawin 5, 22-100 Chem on working days (i.e. from Monday to Friday) from 7.00 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. 3. Delivery should be made diligently, at the Contractor's expense and risk.4. The Ordering Party will be responsible for unloading the subject of the order, assembling it and connecting it to the power supply.5. The contractor will be obliged to provide a quality guarantee for the entire item orders for a period of 24 months.6. Detailed implementation conditions are specified in the Draft Agreement constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 7. The offer should include the valuation of all accompanying services, indirectly related to the subject of the proceedings, e.g. transport to the place of delivery, which should be added to the subject of the order.8. Packaging and transport costs, as well as taxes, including tax on goods and services in accordance with applicable law, are charged to Contractor.
