Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 1 piece of backhoe loader intended for civil defense tasks.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order, technical, operational and quality parameters required by the Ordering Party is included in Annex No. 7. 3. Service: 1) The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor be an authorized dealer of the offered device,2) The Contractor will provide an authorized stationary service in the territory of the Republic of Poland, at a maximum distance of 200 km from the Ordering Party's headquarters.3) The Contractor is obliged to perform free inspections during the warranty period.4. Collection: 1) The contractor will deliver the item orders to the Ordering Party's registered office, with its own transport, at its own expense. 2) the delivery item must be delivered in a complete, brand new condition, free from defects. In the event of damage or deficiency in delivery, the Contractor undertakes to replace it immediately at his own expense.3) The Contractor is obliged to to provide employees (operators) with free initial instruction in the scope of construction and ongoing operation of the subject of the order. 4) delivery conditions, date/time to be agreed with the Ordering Party at the implementation stage.
