- Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the sale and delivery, on the terms specified in the contract, of cleaning products (liquids for cleaning various surfaces, also for mechanical cleaning, cleaning agents, washing powders, dishwasher capsules, tablets for cleaning coffee machines , aboutair disconnectors, toilet cubes, dishwashers), hereinafter referred to as the subject of the order., 1.1. The detailed type, parameters and quantities of individual elements of the subject of the order are included in Annex No. 1 to the specification., 2. Delivery conditions., 2.1. At the request of the Ordering Party, the Contractor undertakes to disputeprovide and deliver elements of the subject of the order successively during the duration of the contract, in batches (maximum 58 batches), within 7 business days from the date of placing the order by the Ordering Party, 2.2. The number and type of individual elements of the subject of the order that will be sold and delivered in one unitnext batch, depends on the needs of the Ordering Party and will be specified in the order referred to in point 2.1., 2.3.
