- 1. The subject of the fall is the delivery, on the principles specified in the contract, articles for cleaning and sweeping (litter, mops), hereinafter referred to as the subject of the clog. 1.2. A detailed type, parameters and quantitative elements of the subject of the sort of pollination are included inspecification. 2. Delivery conditions. 2.1. The Contractor, on the orders of the Ordering Party, shall oblige the Selling and provides elements of the subject of the pollight during the duration of the contract, in parties (maximum in 48 parties), within 7 business days, numes from the date of the order by the ordering order. 2.2. Numberand the type of individual elements of the subject of the plate, which will be sold and delivered in one party, depending on the needs of the Ordering Party and will be specified in the order referred to in point 2.1.2.3. On the preparation of the commissioned delivery, the contractorwill notify the ordering by phone or electronic mail, no later than one work before the delivery date. 2.5.
