Description:
A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annexes No. 1, 1.1 - 1.2., 7.1 - 7.2 and No. 8.1 - 8.2 to the SWZ, i.e.: Offer form with the Product and Price Specification, Description of the subject of the order and Draft provisions of the contract. Communication in the contract award procedurebetween the ORDERING PARTY and CONTRACTORS, in particular the submission of offers, exchange of information and transmission of documents or statements, takes place using electronic means of communication provided by the System. The system is available at: https://portal.smartpzp.pl/ozgs. Requirestechnical and organizational requirements for sending and receiving electronic documents and information transmitted using them are described in the Regulations for using the System services (Regulations of the e-Services Portal) available from the E-learning module for all System users and duringregistration of a CONTRACTOR account for CONTRACTORS. Offers and declarations (EDZ) submitted electronically must be signed with a qualified electronic signature. In the process of submitting an offer, declarations or evidence on the platform, the CONTRACTOR's qualified electronic signature may bee submit directly on the document, which is then sent to the System. Certification of compliance with the original is made by the CONTRACTOR and CONTRACTORS jointly applying for a public procurement contract, respectively, in the scope of documents relating to each of them.
