Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a climate chamber with a steam humidifier, hereinafter referred to as "equipment", for the Faculty of Biology at the University of Gdańsk.
2. Classification of the common order dictionary (CPV): 38500000-0 (control and research equipment).
3. The order includes delivery, assembly and installation equipment in the place indicated by the Ordering Party and training 8 employees of the Employer in the field of equipment service.
4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract was specified in Annex 6 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract.
5. Place of delivery of the equipment: University of Gdańsk, Faculty of Biology, Department of Zoology invertebrates and parasitology, 80-308 Gdańsk, ul. Wita Stwosza 59, 4th floor, room C539.
6. The contracting authority requires a guarantee for a minimum period of 24 months, with the Contractor to offer a longer warranty period, taking into account the entries of chapter XVI SWZ. Warranty period It is one of the criteria for the evaluation of offers. Details of the warranty are included in § 7 of the draft contract - Annex 5 to SWZ.
