- 1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a climate chamber for the aging of materials for the Koszalin University of Technology to the extent specified in the specification of the terms of the contract (SWZ) and the price form constituting Annex 2 to SWZ.
2. Detailed description of the subject of the contract and requirements Technical contains Annex 2 to SWZ.
3. The applicant requires the Contractor providing information in the price form enabling the Ordering Party Identification of the offered subject of the contract: manufacturer, type/model of the device. In the absence of an indication of the data enabling Ordering Identification of the offered subject of the contract will be rejected on the basis of art. 226 para. 1 point 5 of the Public Procurement Law.
4. The applicant does not divide the order into parts, because the subject of the contract is one short set. Dividing the order into tasks would threaten excessive technical difficulties and costs of making a mess, as well as the need to coordinate the activities of various contractors implementing individual parts of the order. The subject of the contract is adapted to the implementation by small and medium entities.
5. The contractor is obliged to deliver, install, Launch a new device, which is the subject of this procedure at your own expense, in the place indicated by the Employer and provide instruction from its operation.
6. Detailed provisions regarding the implementation of the subject of the contract concluded a draft contract constituting Annex 11 to Swz.
