Description:
The subject of the contract is the supply of a closed blood collection system for SPSK -2 in Szczecin. Quantities and a detailed description of the products are contained in Annex 2 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party requires offering medical devices - within the meaning of the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws 2022 afterz. 974), hereinafter: "UoWM") NOTE NOT APPLICABLE TO TASK 1, ITEM 7,44,45,46. The Ordering Party requires that the supplied products have a shelf-life of not less than 12 months from the date of their delivery to the Ordering Party's seat.
Quantities of products given in the unit price form haveindicative nature and the Ordering Party has the right to order smaller quantities, but not less than 60% of the contract value. The order consists of 1 task. The Ordering Party does not allow variant offers. The Ordering Party requires the performance of the subject of the contract for a period of 24 months.
