- POLREGIO S.A., invites contractors with knowledge and experience in the subject of the order to submit price information to the supply of closing the infusion of the sand piasecznica 5 pieces + quality certificate - delivery to Kędzierzyn - Koźle. Please submit price information taking into account the payment date 30 days from the date of delivery of a correctly issued invoice. Please add an offer in the attachment with the deadline for the order. 7 para. 1 of the Act of 13 April 2022 on special solutions in the field of counteracting support for aggression on Ukraine and for the protection of national security (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 835), b) art. 5k of the Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 regarding the limitations in connection with Russia's actions destabilizing the situation of Ukraine (Journal of Laws of EU No. L 229 of 31.7.2014, p. 1). will be chosen to fulfill the order will be required to submit a statement about the lack of grounds for exclusion- the specimen of the statement can be found in the attachment folder.
