The subject of the order is the sale and delivery to the Ordering Party for remuneration (delivery), on the terms specified in the contract, of protective gloves: 1) 5-finger denim protective gloves, category II, full to reinforced leather - 3,800 pairs, 2) Protective gloves anti-cut - 3000 pairs,3) Category II welding gloves made of cow-split leather, adapted for work involving sparks - 50 pairs,4) Category II anti-vibration gloves - 100 pairs.2. Detailed scope, type, parameters and quantities of individual elements the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 1 to the specification.3. The delivered subject of the order should meet the requirements contained in: 1) Regulation (EU) 2016/425 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 March 2016. on personal protective equipment and repealing Council Directive 89/686/EEC,2) Act of 13 April 2016 on compliance and market surveillance systems,3) Regulation of the Minister of Energy of November 23, 2016 regarding detailed requirements regarding the operation of underground mining plants.4.
