Description:
1. A detailed description of the subject of the skew is taken into account No. 6 to SWZ.3. Details of the implementation of the fall are specified in the template of the statement of the abovementioned agreement No. 4 to SWZ.4. The Contractor will provide the protection of the transferred personal data, Pursuant to the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1781) and the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural people in the area with the processing of personal data and on free drainage such data (hereinafter the GDPR) (i.e. Journal of Laws EU L 2016. No. 119 p. 1). The obligation of informing subcontractors, third parties and consortium members about the processing of personal data rests with the contractor. The Contractor's statement about the displacement of the obligations resulting from art. 13 or art. 14 of the GDPR towards the physical OSB, from which personal data will be directly or in order to apply for this ZOONEM in the offer form in the offer form SWZ.
