Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery of cochlear implants to the Ordering Party's headquarters in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Annex 1 to these Specifications.
Offers that do not include the full scope of the subject of the contract (within the part they concern) will be rejected.
The remaining the terms of the order are specified in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROCEDURE AND THE METHOD OF ASSESSING THE MEETING OF THESE CONDITIONS
57 of the Public Procurement Law and Art. 112 section 2 Public Procurement Law, i.e.:
1) are not subject to exclusion
2) meet the conditions for participation in the proceedings regarding:
a) ability to appear in business transactions
The Ordering Party does not establish detailed conditions for participation in the Procedure.
b) authorization to conduct specific business or professional activities
Ordering party does not establish detailed conditions for participation in the Proceedings.
c) economic or financial situation
The Ordering Party does not establish detailed conditions for participation in the Procedure.
(d)technical or professional capacity
In the proceedings they can take participation of Contractors who are not subject to exclusion from the proceedings
