Description:
1. The subject of the order is: Delivery of combine knives for the Branches of Polska Grupa Gornicza S.A. group no. 295-9.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order as well as legal requirements and technical and operational parameters are set out in Annex No. 1 to this SWZ. Quantitative scope of the subject of the order is an estimated range determined by the Ordering Party with due care. The Ordering Party, despite exercising due diligence, does not ensure full execution of the order due to the nature of its business.
3. To confirm that the service offered is consistent with the Ordering Party's requirements require the submission of the said evidence along with the offer.
4. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of submitting variant offers.
5. The Ordering Party allows the possibility of offering more than one product (products from different manufacturers) within one form item offer. If the contractor offers more than one product in a given item of the offer form (products from different manufacturers), the following is required:
a) each offered product meets the requirements specified in the SWZ,
b) submitting, along with the offer, the relevant evidence relating to all offers products.
An offer in which products from different manufacturers are offered in one item of the offer form is considered compliant. with the SWZ requirements, provided that all products offered in a given item of the offer form meet the requirements. In case even every...
