Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery based on the factory sales contract for the new compactor for leveling and thickening of waste, made only from new parts, with a working weight of 33 / 35 mg, driven by an internal combustion engine with a capacity of at least 320 kW, moving on steel wealth wheels, equipped with an operator's cabin and a blade for pushing waste at the landfill, in line with CE standards.
The offered compactor cannot be a prototype and must come from serial production.
The subject of the contract must be carried out in a manner consistent with the provisions allowing for use in the Union European and meet the technical conditions set out in the provisions of the applicable law of the Republic of Poland.
A machine previously used for demonstration purposes or signs of use is not allowed.
The material and financial scope of the order includes:
a) delivery of the compactor to the headquarters of the Ordering Party and the implementation of the operational sample,
b) training 3 operators in the use of the supplied compactor,
c) handing over the technical documentation of the machine and the warranty document,
d) delivery of a set of spare teeth overlays with connecting elements or a set spare complete teeth,
e) Machine services during the warranty period.
Required year of production 2025.
Warranty period for the compactor: not less than 48 months or 8,000 hours of work from the date of signing the receipt report by the contracting authority.
