- 1. The subject of the contract is: the supply of comprehensive equipment for the laboratory position of the obtaining of biologically active substances and their applications for cosmetic products.
The subject of the contract includes, in particular, sales, delivery, discharge, application, assembly and installation by the authorized service of the manufacturer of all elements of the subject of the contract at the headquarters of the Ordering Party and training the personnel of the Ordering Party from the service of delivered devices.
2. The concise scope of the subject of the contract is determined by the following attachments:
1) Annex 1A to SWZ - Form "Summary of order costs";
2) Annex 10 to SWZ - technical parameters.
This order is implemented as part of the project entitled: "Development of research infrastructure in innovative areas of pharmaceutical and low -emission technologies in Łukasiewicz - ICHP -" Mościcki Kampus [implemented as part of the National Plan of Reconstruction and Increase (KPO)].
