Delivery of a comprehensive welding training kit (welding simulators) for the project titled: Establishment of the Industry Skills Center at the Construction and Wood School Complex. Home Army...
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a comprehensive welding training kit (welding simulators) for 2 trainees, along with a teacher's (instructor's) station. The set should be complete and enables welding training to be conducted for at least 2 people at the same time under the supervision of the teacher (instructor) conducting the classes. 2. As part of the order, the Contractor will also be obliged to launch a simulator workshop and train 3 teachers (instructors) welders who will use the simulators.3. The detailed scope of the subject of the order is specified in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ Description of the Subject of the Order, and the requirements regarding the implementation of the order are specified in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ Draft contract. 4. Equivalence clause: 1) The Ordering Party, in accordance with the provisions of Art. 99 section 5 and art. 101 section 4 The Act allows for equivalent solutions for supplies, works, materials and systems that meet the requirements specified in the procurement documents.
