Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of compressed air for the needs of PGG S.A. KWK ROW Department Ruch Jankowice from a container compressor burning surplus captured at a methane mine, built in the area of the Zezetanow KWK ROW Ruch Jankowice station.
2. The compressed air at the pressure of the pressure A nominal of 0.50 MPa, but not less than 0.40 MPa, will take place to the indicated collector compressed air in the area of Shaft III KWK ROW Jankowice in a minimum quantities of 2500 m3/h.
3. In the subject of the subject of the contract, in order to perform compressed delivery The contractor is obliged to deliver and build the installation, which includes:
1) built -in compressor aggregate with a minimum capacity of 2500 Nm3/h and mechanical power of a built -in engine not exceeding 400 kW, with CH4 consumption to 1.7 Nm3/min.;
2) compressor aggregate, which should be connected to the collector of compressed air with a compressed air pipeline in accordance with applicable regulations;
3) Building on a compressor container of ventilation ducts that will allow the removal of warm air releasing during them work;
4) construction of the necessary gas connection with a length of about 70m, an electric one that allows you to power the methane engine of a compressor with a length of about 70m and compressed air connection about 70m long and connect to the network to supply compressed air;
