Description:
Delivery of compressed air for the needs of PGG S.A. KWK ROW Department Movement Marcel divided into two tasks:
Task 1. Delivery of compressed air on the purposes of below and surface.
Task 2. Delivery of compressed air for the needs of the ZMPW.
Task No. 1 - Delivery of compressed air for the purposes surface
1) Supply of compressed air with a nominal pressure from 0.45 to 0.5 MPa, will take place to seven different points of reception in quantities:
a) in the Marklowicka part - a minimum of 6,000 m3/h,
b) in the parent part (forge) - minimum 7,800 m3/h,
c) to the processing plant - minimum 8,600 m3/h,
extract. Antoni shaft - minimum 500 m3/h,
Wiktor shaft - minimum 500 m3/h,
shaft M and - minimum 130 m3/h,
shaft m II - minimum 200 m3/h.
Task No. 2 - Delivery of compressed air for the needs of the ZMPW
1) supply of air at pressure Minimum 0.4 bar, maximum 0.5 bar of performance minimum 90 m3/min = 5 400 m3/h.
2) Air delivery should be made by at least two devices, the maximum number of built -up devices: four.
3) Air supply must be guaranteed without interruption, continuously.
4) built -up devices They must be adapted to parallel cooperation with the Employer's devices automatically.
5) current demand for The air will be determined by ZPM services.
