The subject of the Order is the sale of Equipment (as defined in the Agreement template - Annex 3 to the ToR), which, in accordance with the Equipment Documentation, are to be performed personally by the Supplier and the provision of technical consultancy services on the design of the Investment and services onsupervision over the storage, securing the services of supervision over the assembly and commissioning of the Equipment as part of the Investment, training and maintenance and / or inspection of the Equipment during the warranty and warranty period.
