- The subject of the contract in this procedure is in particular:
1) disassembly and disposal of the computed tomography scanner owned by the Ordering Party, Siemens Somatom Definition AS:
2) preparation and submission of a radiological shield design to the Ordering Party,
3) preparation and submission to the Ordering Party design documentation in order to meet the functional and technical requirements set by the device and the Ordering Party's guidelines
4) performance of adaptation works, including finishing works, in the room of the CT Laboratory, consisting in adapting this room to the characteristics of the offered the device in a way that enables its installation and operation in accordance with the prepared documentation referred to above and guidelines for carrying out adaptation works
5) delivery of the tomograph with equipment, installation, commissioning, carrying out necessary tests and measurements, performing tests acceptance and specialist inspections as well as inspections necessary to obtain permission to start and operate the device;
6) integration of the device with PACS IT systems operating in the hospital;
7) training of doctors, technicians, nurses and other staff of the Ordering Party operating the device.
