Orders,- costs and organization Transport related to the implementation of the Contractor - in the event of defects in the subject of the order, the Contractor is associated to deliver the subject of the contract free from defects at the term 3 working days from the date of notification. - Payment conditions: 21 days from receipt of the invoice; - Warranty: 24 months;- The contractor declares that the subject of the contract meets the required technical, and in particular corresponds to all the characteristics of the specified structure, is factory new, unused, not renovated (refubrished), did not come from recycling, comes from current production .- In case of Confirmation of defects in the subject of the order, the contractual is associated to deliver the subject of the contract free from defects at the term 3 business days from the date of notification.
