1. The subject of the contract is the supply of computer and specialist equipment VR/AR tomodernized professional laboratory in the Complex of Automotive and General Schools at ul. Filarowa 52 in Bielsko-Biała as part of the "Bielsko-Biała-professionally" project.
2. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract is described in SWZ and its attachments, i.e. in: 1) order valuation form,
2) planned provisions of the contract (template of the contract),
3) a detailed description of the subject of the contract for deliveries (SOPZ) together with attachments:
a) Regulation of the Minister of Education of September 25, 2024,
amending the regulation on the basic conditions necessary for the implementation by schoolsand teachers of didactic, educational and care tasks as well as curricula,
b) guidelines for the presentation of the preliminary VR/AR application program.
