Description:
Part No. 1 Delivery of computer devices, software and batteries for the uninterruptible power supply: - SFF computer - 10 pcs. - Office software - 10 pcs. - 24-inch monitor - 10 pcs. - Battery for the UPS uninterruptible power supply - 8 pcs. - USB security key - 1 pc. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of using with the right of option regarding the delivery of 30 computer sets, which include an SFF computer, a 24-inch monitor and office software. In order to exercise the option right, the Ordering Party will electronically provide the Contractor with information on the exercise of the right by November 30, 2025 options indicating the number of computer sets (part or all) to be delivered. The Contractor undertakes to perform the subject of the optional order by December 22, 2025. If the Ordering Party informs the Contractor about the possibility of carrying out works under the option after November 30, 2025. Contractor will decide to proceed, withdraw or reduce the scope of delivery indicated in the option.
