- Description:
- 1) The subject of the contract is the delivery of computer equipment specified in Annex 2 to SWZ, hereinafter referred to as "equipment". The offered equipment must be factory new and unused, come from current production (year of production: not earlier than 2024), have appropriate certificates allowing itFor sale and use in the Republic of Poland. The contractor is obliged to provide free equipment warranty service.
2) The scope of the order includes: purchase and delivery of equipment to the seat of the Ordering Party together with unloading, bringing to the place indicated by the Employer
3) a detailed descriptionThe subject of the contract is Annex 2 (A -C) to SWZ.
4) The deadline for completing the order:
1) Part A and B - up to 21 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
2) Part c - up to 21 days from the date of receipt of the order.
The Contractor may shorten the contract for the execution of the contract in relation to the required date indicated in point 4.The offer providing for shortening the deadline will receive points as part of the offer evaluation using the criterion for selecting the best offer.
5) Delivery address: University of Silesia in Katowice, Delivery Management Department, ul. Bankowa 14, 40-007 Katowice;
6) Minimum warranty date required:
a) Part A - 48 months (NBD type - with repair on the next business day),
b) Part b - 60 months,
c) Part c - 36 months.
7) Detailed terms of the contract and the payment terms contain the contract template constituting Annex 3 to SWZ.
