• Description:
• 1) The subject of the order is the supply of computer equipment, hereinafter referred to as "equipment". The offered equipment must be factory new and unused, come from current production (year of production: not earlier than 2024), have appropriate certificates allowing it to sell and use it on the premisesRp. The Contractor is obliged to provide a free equipment warranty service.
  2) The scope of the order includes: purchase, delivery of equipment with unloading, bringing to the place indicated by the Ordering Party.
  3) The Ordering Party allows the possibility of submitting partial offers:
  a) Part A: Notebookand docking station - 1 pc;
  b) part b: notebook 1 pc;
  c) part c: computer 1 pcs.
  4) contract processing: up to 9 days from the date of the contract (applies to Part A and b procedure)/up to 9 days from the date of receipt of the contract (applies to part C (applies to part C of the procedure).
  5) Delivery address: University of Silesia inKatowice, Delivery Management Department, ul. Bankowa 14, 40-007 Katowice.
  6) The minimum warranty date required was specified in SWZ.
  7) A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 2 to SWZ.
  8) The contracting authority does not provide for orders for additional deliveries within the meaning of art.214 para. 1 point 8 of the Public Procurement Law Act
  9) Before initiating the procedure, no market consultations were carried out.
