Description:
1) The subject of the order is the supply of network devices, i.e. switches, specified in Annex 2 to SWZ, hereinafter referred to as "devices". The devices offered must be brand new and unused, come from current production (year of production: not earlier than 2024), have appropriate certificatesallowing it for sale and use in the Republic of Poland.
2) The scope of the order includes: delivery of the device with unloading, bringing to the place indicated by the Ordering Party. The Contractor is obliged to provide a free device warranty service.
3) The Ordering Party allows the possibilitysubmission of partial offers, in accordance with the division:
part A: Switch - 4 pcs.
part B: Switch - 1 pc.
4) Order delivery time:
part A: up to 7 weeks from the date of receipt of the order
part b: up to 11 days from the date of receipt of the order.
5) Delivery address:
Part A: Part A: University of Silesia in Katowice,IT Department of Management Systems ul. Bielska 62, 43-400 Cieszyn.
6) The minimum warranty date required:
part A: 36 months;
Part B: 24 months
7) Detailed conditionsThe order processing and payment terms are included in the contract template constituting Annex 3 to SWZ.
