The subject of the contract is:
Delivery of computer equipment
Task 1 - Extension of the queue system
The contracting authority does not allow partial offers.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in attachments 2b, 3 and 4 to SWZ.
3.3. The applicant requires the implementation of the subject of the contract on the principles specified in the contract. The planned provisions of the public procurement agreement that will be entered into the contract constitute attachments to SWZ.

13.1. The number of offers will be carried out on the basis of the criteria specified in SWZ and their weights.
Offers will be evaluated in points.
During the evaluation of offers, points for the following criteria are granted in order and evaluated for the following criteria according to the following rules:
Cenavag criterion: 60 %
Criterion for the implementation time of the System Weary: 40 %
