The subject of the order is "Supply of computer equipment to the Biała Północ Municipal Cultural Center in Bielsko-Biała" 2. The subject of the order consists of: in particular: • securing the place of delivery/assembly/installation, •delivery and bringing in the Equipment, •setting, assembly, adjustment, installation of the Equipment in the rooms described in the order documentation, •start-up and checking correct operation of the Equipment, • granting the Ordering Party - perpetual and non-exclusive licenses for software necessary for the proper functioning of the equipment - hereinafter referred to as "software" • providing the Ordering Party with originals or confirmed ones for compliance with the original, the operation and maintenance manual, all necessary approvals, certificates, declarations of conformity, etc. of the delivered Equipment in Polish in a paper version (immediately after concluding the contract, but no later than on deliveries), •training of the User's employees in the use of the Equipment (confirmed in a protocol by the User and the Supplier), •providing instructions for use and operation, • tidying up the delivery site.
