Description:
The subject of the contract is the supply of computer equipment for courts from the Rzeszow appeal area, to the extent and in the manner specified in the specification of the terms of the contract (SWZ).
The proceedings in question were divided into packages as below:
-Pakiet No. 1. Delivery of standard computers
- 2. Delivery of All-in-One computers to 24.5 inches
-Packiets No. 3. Delivery of all-in-one computers at least 26.5 inches
-Package No. 4. Delivery of standard laptops 15.6 inches.
List of technical and functional parameters with a detailed description of the subject of the contract and a range of assortment and numerous Presents Annex 1 (1.1-1.4) to this SWZ, respectively, which is also an assortment and price form.
Equipment that is the subject of these proceedings must be factory new, unused, produced not earlier than in 2025, complete, equipped with technical elements, needed to start, ready to work without any additional purchases, not covered by the rights of third parties and from official sales channels in Poland.
The required conditions of the service and implementation of the supplied equipment, including the warranty, were specified in Annex 1 (respectively 1.1.-1.4.) To this SWZ and in the template of the contract constituting Annex 7 to SWZ.
The order will consist of an order in quantity:
