Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of computer equipment for CSM (hereinafter referred to as the "subject of the order" or "equipment").
Task No. 1 Delivery of wall monitors
Task No. 2 Delivery of computer equipment
2. Detailed the description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - "Description of the subject of the order" (also referred to as "OPZ").
"Modernization and equipment of teaching facilities in connection with the increase in limits admission to medical studies - Medical University of Lublin, which is an element of Investment D2.1.1 entitled "Investments related to the modernization and retrofitting of teaching facilities in connection with increasing the admission limits for medical studies", implemented as part of the National Plan for Reconstruction and Increasing Resilience - component D "Efficiency, availability and quality of the health care system" under Agreement No. KPOD.07.05-IP.10-0023/24/KPO/1206/2025/99.
5. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 4a (for task no. 1) and Annex 4b (for task no. 2) to the SWZ.
6. GDPR (information obligation and application obligation): Information regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to processing
personal data and on the free movement of such data are specified in Chapter XXIII of the SWZ.
