*lot no. 4: Portable computer 2 pcs.
*lot no. 5: Tablet, backpack, mobile audio set 1 pc, computer mice 5 pcs.
*lot no. 6: Tablet 1 pc., keyboard 2 pcs.
*part no. 7: UPS emergency power supplies 3 pcs.
*lot no. 8: Portable computer 1 pc.
1.The subject of the order includes among others
a) Transport of the subject of the contract to the place designated by the Ordering Party and its insurance until it is collected by the Ordering Party without any reservations.
b) The subject of the contract meets the technical parameters and requirements specified in the Detailed description of the subject of the contract.
c) Subject of the contract delivered to the Ordering Party is brand new, free from legal and physical defects and ready for use, without the need to make additional purchases and is not subject to any third party rights.
d) The Ordering Party requires a guarantee:
e) for lots 1,2,4,6,7,8: not shorter than 24 months, for lots No. 3: not less than 12 months for 480 GB drives, not less than 48 months for 2 TB drives, for lot No. 5 not less than 24 months for tablet and audio equipment, not less than 12 months for bag and computer mice; warranty period is one of the evaluation criteria offers.
