- The procedure is conducted in order to conclude a Framework Agreement with the selected Contractors, specifying the terms and conditions for orders that may be awarded during its validity, hereinafter referred to as "individual orders".
A detailed description of the subject of the order is described in Volume III SWZ Description of the subject of the order.
The description of the subject of the order includes sample equipment recently ordered by the Ordering Party.
6.3 Volume IV SWZ - List of equipment, contains a general list and description of computer equipment planned for purchase under the framework agreement
6.4 After signing the contract, the Ordering Party each time in individual orders, it will specify in detail the description of the ordered equipment depending on the needs of the Ordering Party.
6.5 The order was not divided into parts due to the intention to conclude a framework agreement with a maximum of 5 Contractors.
