- 1. The subject of the order is the supply of computer equipment for the needs of the District Office in Legionowo and its Subordinate Units.2. The order covers the purchase of 34 AIO computers for the needs of the District Office and its Subordinate Units. 3. Detailed description of the subject of the order with the Ordering Party's indication of the minimum required technical parameters, included in the Annex to the SWZ Description of the subject of the order.4. All components must be brand new, i.e. never used before, complete, technically efficient, from current production, manufactured no earlier than in 2024, not mechanically or electronically damaged.5. Delivery of the order in undamaged manufacturer's packaging to the Ordering Party's headquarters in Legionowo at ul. gen. Wadysawa Sikorskiego 11, by the Contractor's own transport, at his expense, risk and responsibility, along with documentation and cards warranty documents prepared in Polish.6. All materials and devices or software necessary for the proper execution of the order must have certificates or declarations of compliance with Polish Standards or technical approval for the products.
