Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of computer equipment for the needs of professional laboratories of Information Technology Technicians and Graphics and Digital Printing Technicians, as part of the implementation of the project entitled: "Qualified graduate = excellent employee" co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus under the regional program European Funds for Children 2021-2027, contract number FELD.08.08-IZ.00-0089/23-00.2. A detailed description of the order is included in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ, which is an integral part of the SWZ, and in Annex No. 6, i.e. the contract template.3. The place of delivery of the subject of the order is the registered office of the Ordering Party in Chlin at ul. Gabriela Narutowicza 88. The Contractor will deliver the subject of the order using his own transport, at his own expense and at his own risk. The order includes delivery to rooms located inside the building.4. The Ordering Party informs that the purchase of computer equipment covered by this the proceedings benefit from exemption from tax on goods and services pursuant to: Art. 83 section 1 point 26 of the Act of 11 March 2004 on tax on goods and services (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 361, as amended), in connection with the supply of computer equipment to institutions The sun.
