Description:
Delivery of computer equipment for the needs of the Provincial Specialist Hospital for Nervous and Mentally Sick SP ZOZ in Ciborz. Delivery activities: The Contractor will carry out the following:
1) bringing the equipment listed in the description of the subject of the contract to the indicated byThe ordering party's location
2) execution of installation works including the process of physical installation and configuration of devices and software
3) The Contractor will be obliged to provide a guarantee on the scope of tasks covered by the subject of the contract for the period indicated in the offer (min. 24 months) (warranty periodcalculated from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol of the subject of the contract). Note the warranty period for the devices listed below is one of the criteria for the evaluation of offers:
1. Desktop computer - type 1
2. Desktop computer - type 2
3. Portable computers (4G laptops)
4. Monitor tocomputer with a webcam
5. Monitor for portable computers (laptops)
4. Service service for the scope covered by the subject of the contract for the warranty period
