Task No. 1: Computer set No. 1 with a monitor and office software (4 sets): A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ in the file entitled: Task_no._1_dokumentacja_przetragowa _zestaw_komputerowy_no_13.3 General obligations of the Contractor: 1) The contractor should have knowledge and experience necessary to complete the subject of the order. 2) The delivered subject of the order should comply with the requirements specified in the Specification of Terms of Order and the annexes constituting its integral part. 3) The Contractor is obliged to ensure such preparation and packaging of the Goods that: will not allow it to be damaged or deteriorate in quality during transport to the place of delivery.4) The Contractor delivers the subject of the order to the Ordering Party at his own expense and risk.5) The Contractor undertakes to notify the Ordering Party of its readiness to deliver the subject of the order in writing, by e-mail or by telephone, to which at least 1 business day before the planned delivery date.6) The delivery will be made on a business day from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m..7) Under the contract, the Contractor is obliged to provide services accompanying the delivery of the Goods, such as tran...
