- Part 1: AiO computers and a laptop, in accordance with the description of the subject of the order, hereinafter referred to as OPZ (requirement no. 4a to SWZ); the offer price calculation form (attachment no. 5a to the SWZ) and the draft contract (attachment no. 3a to the SWZ); The subject of the order in particular includes (applies to parts 1 - 4): 1) supply of brand new equipment computer and equipment covered by the subject of the order (hereinafter referred to as the equipment), in accordance with the description of the subject of the order (resp. no. 4a 4d to SWZ); 2) deliver the equipment to the Ordering Party's seat, including loading and unloading it, in accordance with the indications included in the description of the subject of the order (respectively za. No. 4a 4d to SWZ);3) installation, configuration and commissioning of the device (large-format printer) in the place indicated by the Ordering Party and conducting training on safe operation and operation of the device - part 3;4) providing the Ordering Party with warranty cards and operating instructions in Polish for the delivered equipment referred to in section 5 point 5; 5) providing free authorized warranty service for the delivered equipment in accordance with the provisions of 12 and 13 of the draft contract (respectively no. 3a and 3b to SWZ).
