• Delivery of computers with accessories and peripheral devices to IHAR-PIB Delivery of two computing stations (computing computers) for bioinformatics analyzes to IHAR-PIB Delivery of office equipment to IHAR-PIB 1. The subject of the order is delivery computer and office equipment for IHAR-PIB in Radzików, including installation and training of the Ordering Party's staff. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the Description of the subject of the order (attachments no. 1.1. - 1.3 to the SWZ, according to parts). 3. The procedure is conducted as an open tender, in accordance with Art. 132 of the Act of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the "Act" or "uPzp", with an estimated value equal to or exceeding the "EU threshold" within the meaning of Art. 3 of the Act. 4. If, when describing the subject of the contract, the Ordering Party refers to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 101 section 2 and section 3 Public Procurement Law, solutions equivalent to those described are allowed. Each phrase relating to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and the technical reference system contained in the SWZ should be read with the accompanying note "or equivalent". 5.
