Description:
1. The subject of the order is the sale and delivery of computer equipment to the Ordering Party's office: 1) monitor 25 pcs., 2) laptop 60 pcs., 3) USB-C docking station 50 pcs.; 2. As part of the subject of the order, the ordering party separates the scope covered by the option right, which consists of sale and delivery of computer equipment to the Ordering Party's premises: 1) monitor 10 pcs., 2) laptop 6 pcs.3) USB-C docking station 5 pcs.;3. The subject of the contract is specified in detail in the Description of the subject of the order constituting Annex No. 4 to SWZ.4. The contractor declares that e the subject of the contract is brand new, unused, free from physical and legal defects, no third parties have any rights to it and is not the subject of any proceedings or security.5. The contractor undertakes to perform the subject of the order in accordance with applicable regulations, standards, principles of modern technical knowledge and under the conditions set out in this agreement.6. In the case of the option right regarding delivery referred to in section 2, the Ordering Party will always inform the Contractor about using it e-mail rights.7.
