- Delivery of computer equipment to the school laboratory 1. The subject of the order is the delivery (purchase + transport + bringing) of computer equipment for educational purposes to the workshops of the State Construction Schools - School Complex in Bytom, in quantity and parameters, including quality requirements relating to the main elements constituting the subject of the contract specified in the Description of the subject of the contract, constituting an annex to the SWZ. The subject of the order includes the supply of laptops, projectors, electric screens, graphics tablets, VR goggles and a router. 2. By submitting an offer, the Contractor grants the Ordering Party a 24-month warranty for the delivered subject matter of the order, under the conditions specified in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement, subject to: that the Contractor may offer a longer warranty period for laptops and/or graphic tablets, which will be assessed as part of the offer evaluation criteria. 3. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. This procedure is a repetition invalidated part 1 - PSB of proceedings case no. PA.271.2.1.2025 and PA.271.2.4.2025. The subject of the order is limited to the supply of computer equipment for one school laboratory. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this order constitutes one of the orders covered by separate procedures for the supply of computer hardware/equipment.4.
