- 1. The subject of the contract is the purchase along with the delivery of computer equipment as part of the "Polytechnic Via Carpatia Polytechn network, MEIN/2022/DPI/2577 contract number of 27.10.2022, Task No. 9." According to Annex 2 (technical specification - description of the subject of the order col. 2) to SWZ and includes:
1) deliveryequipment in place indicated by the Ordering Party,
2) installation and start of the equipment (if required in the technical specification),
3) granting a guarantee for delivered equipment,
4) transfer to the contracting authority of the required media, documentation and textbooks with the necessary accessories (if there wereRequired in the technical specification),
5) training of the Employer's employees (if required in the technical specification).
